FEES
You are allowed 2 rides as a trial before joining the club. After these two rides you must join the club for insurance reasons, if you wish to ride with us again.
The cost of these 2 trial rides is $30 per ride which includes lunch. You also must sign a waiver form each time you ride. Our club is situated at the Dayboro Showgrounds and entry is from Mt Mee road.
Club Memberships for 2024 are as follows:
ADULT (18 Years & Over) - $70.00
JUNIOR - $60.00
FAMILY (3 members of the same household) $145 + $55 for each additional person
We also charge a fee of $10.00 per ride. This fee includes lunch, tea & coffee. Cold drinks are available for a small charge. The $10.00 fee is the same whether you stay for lunch or not as this also contributes to fund raising for the club. If you don't participate in the ride but would like to join us for lunch the cost is $5.00
Non-TRA members are charged $30 per ride and lunch is included. This fee is higher as part of the fee is to cover TRA insurance for your participation on the ride and the price is the same whether you stay for lunch or not.

A completed Horse Health Declaration must be submitted on every ride and can be downloaded from here
This declaration requires a PIC (Property Identification Code)number. If you don't already have one you can register for one by going to the following website

RULES
The Club Rules are stated below. We hope you enjoy your ride and look forward to welcoming you as a new member.
- Obey the Directions of the Trail Boss or Deputy. AT ALL TIMES!
- Riders will not move ahead of the trail boss without permission.
- Riders under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them.
- Cantering/Galloping horses through riders is forbidden.
- Always ride with consideration and common sense.
- All normal road and environmental rules must be obeyed.
- Stallions or Rigs will not be permitted on rides.
- Dogs will not be permitted on rides.
- No Alcohol permitted whilst riding (Drink driving rules apply to horse riding!!)
- Riders under 18 must wear a regulation helmet that complies with AS/NZS 3838:1998 En 1384 or ASTM F 1163, and should be less than 5 years old.
- Any rider with a medical condition or health issue must bring it to the attention of organisers prior to ride commencement.
- All horses known to be, or identified as "kickers" MUST wear a red ribbon in their tail or attached to their rear.
- Bareback riding can be allowed at the discretion of the Boss and Lead Drover.
